Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BigTime account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
